2. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3.00 pm will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight of the package, and the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

4. International Shipping

We do not accept international shipping.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@homesuper.co.uk within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement.
  • Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure a secure location for delivery or request signature confirmation at checkout.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage for a resolution.

7. Address Errors

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for reshipment or refund. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
